Event Code of Conduct
Purpose
We steward a Christ-centered, service-first environment where every conversation counts. This Code protects the room and the women we serve.
Who This Applies To
All attendees, speakers, sponsors/vendors, volunteers, and staff—at all sessions, marketplace areas, side events, and event-related online spaces.
Our Standard
- Honor Christ. Serve first.
- Respect people and boundaries.
- Conversations over pressure. Follow-up is opt-in only.
- Honor the venue. Follow all rules and staff direction.
Unacceptable Behavior
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation; profane/sexualized content; aggressive or deceptive sales tactics; non-consensual contact; disruptive conduct; ignoring staff instructions; recording/posting others in restricted areas; violating privacy or IP.
Sales & Solicitation (Everyone)
Networking is welcome. Promotional handouts are reserved for event sponsors (no chair drops, roaming pitches, or mass distribution by non-sponsors). Business cards by request only. Opt-in follow-up (QR/form/written) is required.
Venue Rules & Prohibited Items
Comply with all venue policies. No consumables anywhere (food, beverages, or ingestibles/supplements)-no samples, stations, or bag inserts. Keep aisles clear and displays within assigned spaces.
Media & Privacy
Event recording: By attending, you grant The Mindset School® permission to photograph/record you and to use your likeness in recap and promotional media, without compensation.
- Personal photos/video: Personal, non-commercial photos and short clips are allowed unless signage states otherwise. No live-streaming full sessions, no backstage/ministry-room recording, and no photographing children. Do not block aisles or disrupt the event.
- Content rights: Event content (talks, slides, workbooks) is © The Mindset School® or its speakers. No distribution or posting of full sessions or materials without written permission.
- Third-party posts: You are responsible for what you capture and share. The Mindset School® isn’t liable for attendee posts and may request removal if a post violates this Code, IP rights, or privacy rules.
- No-photo zones & badges: We may designate “no photo/video” areas.
- Limited no-photo badges are available by request at check-in. Please follow posted signs and staff direction.
Safety & Reporting
See something, say something. In emergencies call 911, then notify event staff.

Enforcement
We may warn, remove, or revoke participation-without refund-to protect the room and uphold this Code, at our sole discretion.
Liability
By attending or participating, you assume all risk for your property and participation. The Mindset School® is not liable for loss, damage, or interruption beyond our control.

The Mindset School® - Your Yes Moment 2025

1) Acceptance
By registering for or attending the event, you agree to these Attendee Terms and to the Event Code of Conduct.
2) Eligibility
Attendance is intended for adults. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times; the guardian accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
3) No Guarantees
We do not guarantee attendance size, sales outcomes, business results, or personal transformation. Results vary by individual.
4) Schedule, Format & Changes
Speakers, schedule, session format, venue, and on-site experiences may change. If circumstances beyond our control materially affect the event (including but not limited to weather, venue issues, government actions, or other force majeure events), remedies may include rescheduling, comparable benefits, or credit toward a future event at our discretion. Travel and accommodation costs are the attendee’s responsibility.
5) Tickets: Refunds & Transfers
All ticket sales are non-refundable. You may transfer your ticket to another person until October 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm CT by emailing [email protected] with the new attendee’s full name and email. Tickets may not be resold for profit.
6) Event Code of Conduct & Venue Rules
All attendees must follow the Event Code of Conduct and venue policies. We may warn, remove, or deny re-entry-without refund-to protect the room and uphold the Code.
7) Media & Privacy

8) Health, Safety & Accessibility
You are responsible for your own health decisions and for complying with safety instructions and venue rules. For accessibility requests, contact [email protected] by Oct 1st. In emergencies, call 911 first, then notify event staff.
9) Children
No childcare is provided. Nursing infants are welcome; please step out if needed.
10) Sales, Solicitation & Follow-Up
Networking is welcome. Promotional handouts are reserved for event sponsors. Business cards may be exchanged by request. Any follow-up must be consent-based.
11) Educational Content & No Professional Advice
Content is educational/coaching in nature and is not medical, mental health, legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional for those services.
12) Assumption of Risk & Liability Limit
You assume all risk for your participation and property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mindset School®, its officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers are not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay, or interruption beyond our control. If liability is found despite this limitation, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mindset School® from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your actions, materials, or violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
14) Privacy & Data
We use your data to operate the event and, with consent, to share updates. Sponsors may contact you only if you opt in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation.
16) Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Sponsor Guidelines
The Mindset School® Your Yes Moment 2025

These terms apply to all sponsors and vendors participating in Your Yes Moment 2025 hosted by The Mindset School®. By purchasing a sponsorship or vendor package, you agree to these Terms, the Event Code of Conduct, and to act in alignment with The Mindset School® Statement of Faith while participating in the event.

2. Sponsorship Benefits
Sponsors receive the benefits listed in their chosen sponsorship level on the official event website. The Mindset School® reserves the right to adjust placement, timing, or delivery of benefits (e.g., table placement, order of slides, timing of posts) as needed.
Premier Sponsor Pre-Event Interview
- The Premier Sponsorship includes a recorded pre-event interview with Peggy (15–20 minutes on Zoom).
- Interview must be scheduled and recorded by October 10, 2025.
- Interview will be repurposed for social media and event promotion.
- Sponsor must come camera-ready as if live.
- Repeated reschedules or no-shows may result in forfeiting this benefit without refund.
- The scheduling link will be provided privately to the confirmed Premier Sponsor.
3. Deliverables & Deadlines
Sponsors must provide the following items on time. Late submissions may not be included, with no refund or credit.

4. Swag Bag Rules
- No food, beverages, supplements, or perishable items.
- All items must be pre-approved.
- Unapproved or late items will not be included.
5. Sponsor Table Setup
- One standard rectangular table with black stretch tablecloth is provided.
- Sponsor may bring one pop-up banner (floor or tabletop).
- Large racks, oversized displays, or multi-table setups are not permitted to protect event flow and atmosphere.
6. Check-In & Tickets
- Sponsors check in at the registration table upon arrival to receive their swag bag and name badge.
- No physical or digital tickets will be issued in advance; registration confirmation is sufficient (subject to change but you will be notified via email if there is a requested adjustment).
- Included tickets by level:
- Premier: 2 VIP (sponsor + guest)
- Gold: 1 VIP
- Silver: 1 General Admission
- Bronze: 1 General Admission
7. Payments, Refunds & Transfers
- All sponsorships are non-refundable.
- Sponsorships may not be transferred or resold without written approval.
8. Conduct & Enforcement
- Sponsors must abide by the Event Code of Conduct at all times.
- Moderate enforcement applies: violations may result in a warning, with removal if unresolved.
- Severe violations (harassment, aggressive sales tactics, inappropriate content) may result in immediate removal without refund at the discretion of The Mindset School®.
9. Liability
- Sponsors assume full responsibility for their materials, staff, and participation.
- The Mindset School® is not liable for loss, theft, damage, injury, or interruption beyond its control.
- Sponsors are encouraged, but not required, to carry their own insurance.
10. Media & Privacy
- By participating, sponsors grant The Mindset School® permission to photograph/record their likeness, table, and materials for event recap and promotional use without compensation.
- Recording or distribution of full sessions or speaker content is not permitted without written approval.
11. Sales & Lead Capture
- Promotional activity is limited to the sponsor’s assigned space.
- Chair drops, roaming solicitation, or mass distribution by non-sponsors are not permitted.
- All attendee follow-up must be consent-based (QR code, form, or written opt-in).
12. Governing Law & Dispute
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
- Venue for disputes is Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas courts.

- This inbox is monitored by Peggy’s team to ensure timely responses.

Data Use by The Mindset School®
We collect and use sponsor information (logos, descriptions, media, contact details) solely to operate Your Yes Moment 2025 and to fulfill agreed sponsor benefits (e.g., on-screen recognition, website listings, spotlight email). -
Attendee Data & Lead Capture
Sponsors may only contact attendees who have explicitly opted in to connect with them (via QR code, form, or written consent). Bulk access to the event attendee list will not be provided. Any misuse of attendee data is grounds for removal without refund. -
Consent to Media Use
By participating, sponsors consent to The Mindset School® using their submitted materials (logos, photos, video, ad copy) in event promotion, recaps, and related media, without additional approval or compensation. -
